VocabularySpellingCity is hopefully going to make spelling that bit more interesting. It also helps me to monitor your spelling progress and I can see how much you are practicing. The words on the list have been selected from the GL Assessment pack that is used by all Edinburgh schools to assess spelling within your age group. Mr Ingham took a long time entering words on to this programme so that pupils at Currie High could have the opportunity to improve their spelling in an interesting way. Some parts may feel a little bit young but there's a child inside all of us who still likes basic computer games! The school's Parents in Partnership group donated the money to Support for Learning so there is no cost to yourself.
