Here are the spellings your child will be learning this term. They can practise spelling by looking or listening to the word, play games (reinforces sight recognition of word)or test themselves to discover the words they need to focus on learning. If they test themselves they should listen to the word used in a sentence to identify the correct spelling of the word in a given context. Hopefully they will find this a fun way to learn spelling words rather than writing out lists of words.
